Cookery Around The World
Course Duration: 10 weeks Course Fee: £76
The class will offer recipes from different countries. These will include America, France, Spain and Portugal.
Each week there will be a cookery demonstration and practical cookery for the students. A selection of recipes will be given to the students each week for them to keep and build their own portfolio. Students will need to bring their own ingredients for the recipe to cook, a tea towel, a container to carry food home and an apron.
Examples of dishes just to get your taste buds going:
Beef goulash, stroganoff, strudel, chicken liver pate, terrines, ginger lemon syllabub and many more.
