In the past we had included an online enrolment form on this site
with the idea of making our centre more Internet friendly, however,
given that we are still not yet able to process credit and debit
card payments we are operating a procedure which, although it
involves the use of paper, we still believe it will speed up the
process for the web-aware community.
How to Obtain Your Form
Clicking on this link will take you
to another page where you can select a course and then to another
page where you can select day / time if there are alternatives and
also your details, name, address etc. When you submit this
form, a page displaying a completed enrolment form will be shown
where you can click on the 'Print this form' button to print it out.
Then add your signature and detach all of the top half of the form
and post it to the address at the bottom of this page, together with
your cheque for the full amount, made payable to Hayfield School Fund.
When we receive your form and cheque through the post we will send a

We will send a confirmation email as soon as we receive your completed form and cheque. If a class does not generate enough enrolments to
be viable to run, we will let you know as soon as possible after the
main enrolment has taken place at which time you may be interested
in joining a different course or get a full refund, the choice is
yours. If you hear nothing from us subsequent to enrolling, it
means that the class is running and the first one will be on week
commencing Monday 9th April 2018 (Monday and Tuesday classes) and week commencing Monday 16th April
2018 (Wednesday and Thrsday classes) unless a different date is shown on the timetables - the exact
date will appear both on your printed receipt and in the email we send.
