This course is for beginners and those with some experience of Yoga. Each class will comprise postures which will enable you to feel energised and centred and this will always be followed by a period of relaxation. There will be opportunities to learn about various forms of meditation and to develop your own practice.
Yoga can benefit everyone and greatly help with coping with the pressures that all of us feel in our daily lives. If you have any medical condition it is always best to consult yor Doctor before commencing a new exercise programme. You will need comfortable clothing that will stretch with you and a small mat or blanket to lie on. A cushion or block may also make you more comfortable.
