Legs Bums and Tums
Course Duration: 10 weeks Course Fee: £40
The class starts with a short warm up and will then focus on a combination of easy to follow exercises that focus on the toning and strengthening of the legs, bottom and tummy.
The class is a low impact workout session lasting one hour suitable for all levels of fitness.
Please wear suitable clothing and bring a drink along with you and also a pair of trainers to change into once in the gym as outdoor shoes can pick up grit and damage the floor surface.
If you have a yoga mat, please bring it with you.
